I can’t recommend Nicola highly enough. He specialises in working line dogs, and as the owner of a German Shepherd, it’s been such a relief to work with someone who truly understands the breed and their needs. Since starting training, Harley has made huge improvements on the lead, the pulling has stopped and his reactivity around other dogs is steadily getting better. One of the biggest wins for us was that, for the first time, we were actually able to sit at a café with other dogs nearby, and Harley just sat calmly and quietly. He noticed them, watched them, but there was no reactivity at all, something I never thought we’d be able to do. Nicola’s methods are calm, effective, and really tailored to both the dog and the owner. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely lovely person, approachable, easy to work with, and great at explaining things in a way that makes you feel confident continuing the training at home. I’m so happy we found him and would recommend him to anyone with a high-drive or working breed dog.

Nikola is incredible at what he does. I am most impressed by his calm confident presence with animals and he is an absolute pleasure to communicate with. I came across Nikola by chance upon meeting I could tell he understood the breed deeply and I instantly felt confident that I could trust him with our fur child. We asked for assistance with our high drive working shepherd Raya. We chose to do an intensive board and train to really set a strong foundation for ongoing training and to get ontop of dangerous behaviour ie chasing cars 😵‍💫

I rescued a highly reactive labrador 2 years ago, when he was already 2 yrs old and had been abandoned. I have tried a number of different trainers including a 2 week bootcamp, but most trainers struggled with him. Nikola has a calm manner and relates really well to my dogs. My 2 yr old mastiff is totally smitten with him and even my reactive labrador responds really well to him. Its nice to finally see some progress! I can thoroughly recommend Nikola to anyone, who struggles with their dog.
